Mr. Collins Chikeluba
Chairman

Mr. Chikeluba is the MD/CEO of GMO Group of Companies. He is also on the board of National sports Lottery, Skye Bank Plc, Pharmadeco Plc, American Hospitals Limited and Staco Insurance Limited. Mr. Chikeluba obtained a BSc degree in Business Administration from the Fontbone College, St Louis, USA, and an MBA from the Webster University, St Louis, USA. He also holds a degree in Law (Juris Doctoris) from the St Louis University School of law, USA. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988. He had about 3 years experience in Private legal practice before he was appointed a Director in GMO & Co Limited

Bayo Odunlami
Director

Mr. Bayo Odunlami, the Managing Director of Design Group Nig. Ltd. is a graduate of Architecture from the University of Lagos, he has been in the industry since 1984 and has a wide range of experience in the industry, his company Design Group Nig. Ltd had executed a lot of projects across the nation amongst which are the Design and Technical Design of the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Consular & Visa Office Victoria Island, Lagos, design of Lagos Business School, planning design and technical design of Private Residence - Alexander Road Ikoyi, design and technical design of Crusader Insurance Plc new headquarters Abuja, overall planning of Akwa Ibom State Government Secretariat, Uyo.

Mr. Usman Zarma
Director

Usman Zarma is a Mechanical Engineer by training, and was educated at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Witts University, Johannesburg, South Africa. He worked as a Production Engineer with the Nigerian Tobacco Company Limited (now British American Tobacco Limited) and later for ten years with the Nigerian Industrial Development Bank, NIDB (now Bank of Industries) where he rose to the position of Principal Investment Analyst. In 1991 he joined Afribank International Limited (Merchant Bankers) as a Deputy Manager and rose to Deputy General Manager and Head of Credits/Investments. He was seconded to Bank of the North as Executive Director (Operations) in 2005 where he successfully spearheaded the consolidation and merger of the Bank of the North into Unity Bank Plc.


He is currently the Chairman/CEO, Talbari Investment Limited and part of the board of Director, Premium Pension Limited.

Mr. Ibrahim Adamu
Director

Ibrahim Adamu is a PhD Research fellow in Finance from Glasgow Caledonian University, Glasgow. Ibrahim Adamu holds Mfin. Finance from Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland, United Kingdom and a B.A. (Ed) Economics degree with specification in industrial financial sector in 1992. He had prior teaching experience both at Ministry of education, Kano State and the Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye. He has attended several courses both at home and overseas.


In the financial sector, he was with Andruche Investment Plc, an investment company as an advisor and later head of Northern Representative office. He later joined Citizens International Bank before moving to Assurance Bank where he worked as the Regional Manager, North II. Ibrahim was with Oceanic Bank International Plc as a Senior Manager, Public sector North between 2005 and 2006. He worked in Ecobank Nigeria Plc as Regional Head, Abuja II managing a balance sheet of over N48Billion. Ibrahim Adamu later worked. as General Manager / Acting Executive Director, Retail Banking at ASO Savings and Loans Plc. His areas of core competence include Credit Analysios, Financial Derivatives, Deal Structuring, Relationship management and Motivational talks.

Dr. Moses Iyengunmwena
Director

Dr Moses Iyengunmwena BEng MSc PhD CEng MIMechE MASCE COREN Dr Iyengunmwena holds a PhD from the University of Leeds, MSc (Distinction) in Civil Engineering Structures from City University London, and 1st Class in Civil Engineering from the University of Benin City, Nigeria. He is a recipient of the Dean’s prize for being the best student in the final year degree examination in the Faculty of Engineering and the prestigious University of Benin scholarship for being the best student in the First year degree examination in the Faculty of Engineering. He was also a recipient of the Overseas Development Administrative and Shared Scholarship Scheme (ODASSS) at City University, and Overseas Research Studentship (ORS), Tetley and Lupton scholarships at the University of Leeds.


Dr. Iyengunmwena has over 25 years of experience (United Kingdom and Nigeria) in research, Conceptual, pre-FEED, FEED, and detailed engineering/design of offshore structures. He has managed several engineering, design, fabrication, construction, and installation support aspects of onshore and offshore projects. His range of experience entails conventional platform structures, Jackups, Compliant towers, FPSOs and storage tanks. He has had responsibility for the technical direction and management of engineering, design, and integrity assessment projects (onshore, marine and offshore structures, jetties, towers, and masts) for IOCs including ExxonMobil, Chevron, Shell, Addax, and independent operators/contractors (SBM Imodco and Aveon Offshore).


Dr. Iyengunmwena has considerable experience of asset integrity management (AIM), with international recognition as a subject matter expert (SME) in the structural integrity management (SIM) of conventional bottom-founded structures and floaters, including the development and design of intervention, mitigation, and repair (IMR) schemes for capacity upgrade, life extension, and recommissioning. He has expertise in developing and managing inspection plans for underwater and topside structures (including risk based inspection - RBI), and structural integrity and structural health monitoring (SIM/SHM) schemes for existing onshore and offshore structures.


Dr Iyengunmwena is a Bentley Institute certified trainer on the use of industry recognized Bentley SACS software and delivers training on the structural design and assessment of existing structures to several International Codes, Standards, and Recommended Practices. Dr Iyengunmwena is the author and reviewer of several journal publications and project technical reports.


Dr Iyengunmwena is a chartered member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (CEng, IMechE), United Kingdom, a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is an alumnus of the Executive Management Development Program (EMDP) at Alliance Manchester Business School (MBS).

Isoken M. Omo
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Isoken is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of ACCOUTRE Investment and Development Company Ltd. An MBA holder from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. Isoken possesses a highly relevant, award-winning career spanning over 20 years in Finance and Investment Advisory and Real Estate, covering various sectors and global regions. She brings a deep knowledge in creating Real Estate program solutions to broaden AIDC’s offering.


Prior to becoming CEO of AIDC, Isoken served as Head, Real Estate, Construction & Cement Sectors, Mainstreet Bank, Regional Head – Corporate Banking (North Central Region), Afribank Nigeria Plc where she won the best Region for Good Business Initiative Deal. She also headed the Infrastructure/Construction arm of Afribank Nigeria Plc.


At London Borough of Hillingdon, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UK she worked as a Housing Advisor for 1 year after which she moved on to work as a Housing Tenancy Relations Co-ordinator/ Project Co-ordinator, Strategy and Policy for 6 years with London Borough of Southwark, UK. She also worked at Bamet Consult in Beckton London, as a Property Portfolio Consultancy/Mortgage Adviser. She is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers


As the MD/CEO of AIDC, Isoken is responsible for cultivating and nurturing the organization’s project-based culture and is charged with charting and directing the overall course of each project undertaken by the company

Bilkisu Rimi
Company Secretary

Bilkisu is a lawyer with 12 years post-bar experience, who has practiced in a law firm and worked within banking andinvestment during the course of her practice. At Abuja Investment and Property Development Company (AIPDC), Bilkisu’s expertise in creating legal agreements on major Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) transactions and in handling litigious issues is a useful complimentary facet in repositioning ASO and developing our primary product. Her experience with banking services at FSB International Bank will create the assurance that customer satisfaction at ASO does not conflict with legal compliance. Bilkisu is an LLB and LLM graduate both from the University of Buckingham in the United Kingdom. She is presently the Company Secretary/General Counsel ASO Savings and Loans
